Whether you are a climber or not, yoga is a perfect way to improve strength and flexibility. Come join one of our Monday morning classes, what a way to start the week!!!. Beginners are very welcome and the sessions are designed to suit everyone. We are also stoked to offer these for free with full ICSC Membership. Places are limited and Bookings are Essential.
